Our trainee programme is two years long, to provide adequate learning time about a broad range of site operations. There are opportunities for trainees to stay on with us upon completion.
Viterra pays our trainees per the Viterra Bulk Handling of Grain, Pulses and Mineral Award 2015, but specific wages can depend on a variety of factors. This will be discussed during the interview process.
