We are fortunate to have a number of employees spend a significant portion of their careers with us. Our years of service programme recognises the hard work and commitment of employees who have been with Viterra for five or more years. Employees who reach years of service milestones receive a gift and certificate from Viterra as a token of our appreciation.
We offer eligible employees a parental leave programme which includes up to 12 weeks of primary and 2 weeks of secondary caregiver leave, in addition to government parental leave policies.
