Viterra recruiting permanent roles

Viterra is a major employer in regional South Australia and is currently recruiting for a number of roles across the state to join its business.

With a permanent workforce of around 700 people, Viterra provides a supportive environment for employees to grow and develop in their roles. In the Western region, Viterra is recruiting for a Maintenance Officer – Electrical based in Thevenard, Eyre Peninsula as a permanent full-time position focused on maintaining fixed and mobile plant. The role is suited to a Fitter with trade certification with experience including bearing technology and lubrication techniques and competence in interpreting hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.

The Western region is also recruiting for a permanent full-time Administrator based at Port Lincoln, with well developed communication skills, an ability to multi-task and strong time management skills.

Viterra is recruiting for a permanent full-time Administrator role based at Balaklava in the Central region. The role includes scheduling annual training and maintaining training records, maintaining filing and record systems, processing accounts and general reception duties.

Viterra is seeking three Country Operator roles; a permanent part-time position at Keith and Snowtown, and a permanent full-time position at Snowtown. The roles are hands on and tasks can include operating site equipment and machinery, and undertaking tasks such as tarp pulling, operating road grids and directing traffic. No experience is necessary with full training provided in a team based environment.

A Quality Supervisor role is available based in Viterra’s laboratory at Thebarton. The full-time permanent role is responsible for working with Operations to oversee classification and quality management processes within the business. The role includes supervising and coordinating grain classification activities in the laboratory, supporting and mentoring employees, reviewing materials and facilitating training courses.
