Leading agriculture network, Viterra is recruiting for key operational and office based roles at sites across the state, to join its large workforce of 700 ongoing employees.
Jobs are available in Adelaide, Adelaide Plains, the mid north and upper Eyre Peninsula.

There are a number of operator roles available who will undertake a range of grain handling duties at site including loading and unloading trucks, operating forklifts, front end loaders and other machinery. Operators may also help maintain bunkers and sample grain.
The roles are suited to job seekers who enjoy varied and hands on work in an outdoor environment. Operators work in a supportive team environment with full training provided so no experience is necessary. Positions are currently available at Snowtown and Roseworthy in the mid north, Wudinna in the mid Eyre Peninsula, and a terminal operator role at Thevenard in the upper Eyre Peninsula.
A maintenance electrician role is available to work at Viterra’s Inner Harbour and Outer Harbor port terminals in Port Adelaide. The role is responsible for ensuring fixed and mobile plant equipment is operational with work including fault finding and repairs, developing maintenance plans and helping to manage contractor permits. The successful candidate will have previous experience as an industrial electrical and have an unrestricted electrical workers licence.
An administrator role is currently available based at Wallaroo in the mid north. The role is a one year fixed term contract offered as either part or full time. Reporting to the Senior Administrator, the role is responsible for providing a high level of service while answering phone calls, processing accounts, maintaining files and records, and assisting with harvest recruitment.
Viterra is recruiting for a transport manager to join its logistics team based in Parkside, Adelaide. The long term career opportunity responsible for rail and road logistics will work closely with freight providers, participate in improvement projects, as well as price and plan for future freight requirements. The successful candidate will have five years’ experience in a similar position and a high level of understanding of the transport industry.
