With the bumper harvest season drawing to a close in South Australia, Viterra is inviting its grower and carrier customers to share their views on their harvest experience through the company’s annual postharvest survey.
Viterra releases a postharvest survey each year to obtain important feedback from its customers on the company’s services, operations and communications. This feedback allows Viterra to continually improve and provide a valued and efficient service to growers and carriers. Data gathered from the survey responses also assists in Viterra’s planning for future harvests.
Taking part in the survey is a simple process. Viterra estimates that the survey will take around 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
Both the grower and carrier surveys are available on the Viterra website on the homepage or under the grower menu. The survey can be completed on a smartphone, tablet or computer.
This year, Viterra is offering five $1000 community donation prizes to community groups chosen by its grower and carrier customers who take part in the survey. Viterra customers who have delivered to a Viterra site in the 2022/23 season, and who complete the survey supplying their name and NGR details can go into the draw to win one of five $1000 community donations offered by Viterra. Terms and conditions apply and are available on the Viterra website.
All individual responses are kept strictly confidential. Respondents can choose to remain anonymous if they wish, but they must include their contact details and NGR to go into the draw to win one of the community donation prizes.
