Postharvest survey closes next weekend

Viterra is encouraging growers and carriers who delivered to a Viterra site during the 2022/23 harvest to take part in its annual postharvest survey, which closes on Sunday 26 February.

The postharvest survey invites Viterra’s growers and carrier customers to share their views about the company’s operations, customer service, safety focus, communications and the Viterra services that they value.

This season, Viterra is offering 5 x $1000 donations to community groups chosen by their grower and carrier customers. By taking part in the survey, growers and carriers could go in to the draw to win 1 of 5 $1000 donations to a community group of their choice. Terms and conditions apply and are available on the Viterra website.

Viterra General Manager Operations, Gavin Cavanagh thanked the Viterra customers who had already responded to the survey and encouraged others to take part and share their feedback.  

“Whilst we welcome feedback throughout the season, the postharvest survey is a great way for us to review what we are doing well and where we can improve. The response data that we receive also assists in our planning for future harvests,” Gavin says. 

“Taking part in the survey is easy and we estimate that the survey should take around 5-10 minutes to complete.  

“Thank you to everyone who has responded to the survey so far. If you delivered to Viterra this harvest and haven’t completed the survey yet, I encourage you to fill it out and share your views with us.

“All feedback is important and helps us to ensure that we are providing a valued and efficient service to our grower and carrier customers.”
