Last few days to provide feedback on Viterra’s harvest operations

Viterra is encouraging growers and carriers who delivered to a Viterra site this 2021/22 harvest to give feedback on its operations through its annual postharvest survey which closes this Sunday.

Viterra Operations Manager Michael Hill says the business thanks everyone who has already completed the survey, and encourages others to fill it in as well.

“We really welcome our customers’ views on Viterra’s operations, services, customer service and communication during the harvest period,” Michael says.

“It helps us to review our operations and find out from our customers first-hand what they value the most and areas they’d like to see a greater focus on.”

Viterra shares a summary of results via email and on its website as well as discussing the findings at local harvest meetings.

“We meet with growers year around including after harvest. As part of our postharvest review, we go through the results for their area with them in more detail,” Michael says.

The survey is also a great opportunity to provide support to regional communities with Viterra offering donations to a community group of choice on behalf of three survey winners.

Growers and carriers who have delivered to Viterra this year and complete the survey by Sunday 6 February 2022 with a valid NGR or trading name, can go in the draw to win one of the $1000 donations to their nominated group.

The surveys are quick to fill out taking around 5-10 minutes to complete. They are available on the Viterra website and can be completed on a phone, tablet or computer. Customers can also provide feedback over the phone by contacting Viterra on 1800 018 205, their local operations coordinator or operations supervisor.
