More than 1.3 million tonnes of grain has been delivered into Viterra sites so far this season, with almost 700,000 tonnes received in the past week.
Two records were set over the weekend with Lock and Rudall on the Eyre Peninsula breaking their daily receival records.
More than 943,000 tonnes of grain has been delivered into Viterra’s Western region sites this harvest.
Rudall broke its daily receival record on Sunday 20 November after receiving over 8,300 tonnes – making it the largest receival day at Rudall since 2010/11.
Lock reached its new record of more than 7,200 tonnes on Saturday 19 November.
Thevenard also finished loading its third vessel of new season grain for the harvest period.
In the Central region, deliveries into Viterra sites increased with over 210,000 tonnes received last week.
Viterra’s Wallaroo port loaded a vessel of old season crop, clearing valuable space for this season’s receivals.
Viterra’s Eastern region sites have received more loads with 26,000 tonnes of grain delivered in the past week.
Due to wet weather conditions, harvest was delayed in the region but more sites are now receiving grain.
