Viterra is currently reviewing our harvest operations to ensure we continuously improve our services for our grower customers.
As of 1 March, grain delivered to Viterra sites will be received under the Post Harvest Delivery procedure. The Post Harvest Delivery Procedure is implemented to ensure grain is fit for purpose and that grain meets the needs of customers and export markets.
We are working closely with buyers to facilitate movements of grain. In the past month Viterra loaded more than 2500 trucks to supply domestic end users in South Australia, New South Wales and Victoria. Five trains have been loaded with wheat and barley destined for various areas on the east coast.
We are also working with export customers, with a shipment of lentils from Port Adelaide and shipments of various commodities from our Port Lincoln terminal in February.
