We received over 16,000 tonnes of grain into our network in the past month, the majority of which were delivered into our Central region.
During February, larger Viterra sites were open to offer growers the chance to deliver before our post harvest delivery procedure came into effect on 1 March.
Sites are now open by appointment only and growers can contact their regional office to arrange a delivery.
Viterra has been busy moving stock to the east coast and international markets in the past month. The fast pace that we are outturning grain reflects the strong demand for South Australian grain in our network.
Compared to the same time last year, we have seen a significant increase in shipping and rail outturns and road movements continue to more than 80 different end use destinations.
