Over 5,500 tonnes of grain were received into our network via grower deliveries last month.
The amount of wheat and barley remaining in our network has dipped to 700,000 tonnes, following over 400,000 tonnes of outturns in June as we continued to meet strong demand for grain within the Viterra network.
We moved tonnes quickly with the buyers in our system sending grain to multiple domestic and international end use destinations.
We have opened our planting survey to gain growers’ feedback on what they have sown this year, to match our services to their needs.
The survey asks growers for feedback on commodities, varieties and hectares sown so the business can understand what segregations are required at Viterra sites across the state as well as determine any opportunities or limitations for market access and meeting customer needs.
Growers who complete the survey with an NGR before Sunday 26 July are eligible to win one of three $1000 community donations offered by Viterra.
The survey can be accessed via our website, or growers can call the Viterra Service Centre and answer the questions over the phone.
