The Viterra website has been transformed to make it easier for growers, buyers and exporters to do business with us. The Viterra website now includes all operational and delivery information under three sections – growers, buyers and exporters.
Delivery information, segregations, opening times, receival standards, site grain pricing, quality management, site safety, fees, terms and conditions.
Agreements, pricing, quality statistics, grade notes, domestic services and container packing and processing.
Shipping documents, capacity allocation and port terminal information.
The Ezigrain section of the website is now the log-in area where growers and buyers will find all of their individual information.
Growers can access their deliveries, warehouse and transfer reports. These are all presented in a more user-friendly way, to see summary information at a glance, and detailed transaction information.
Ezigrain also gives growers the ability to transfer grain from warehouse to a grain buyer, after a contract has been entered into.
Buyers have access to Ezigrain to upload their pricing and see their grain ownership in the Viterra system.
Log-in details remain the same. To register for an Ezigrain logon, contact the Viterra Service Centre on 1800 018 205.
The Ezigrain app has been renamed the Viterra app. It still provides the same information – a simplified version of content now on the Viterra website.
Use the Viterra app to access the latest information on grain pricing, site opening hours, segregations and site contact details in a fast and easily accessible format.
The Viterra app also links to the mapping functionality on your phone, to assist with logistics and transportation to Viterra sites.
The app is free and available for both Apple and Android devices via the relevant app store.
