Viterra regularly sends SMS alerts advising growers and carriers of changes to site opening hours and segregation availability.
Register for the SMS alerts by contacting the Viterra Service Centre on 1800 018 205.
When registering you will need to provide your full name, mobile phone number, relevant sites and NGR or carrier number.
Once registered you can update or make amendments to the sites and ports you wish to receive SMS alerts about, at any time by calling the Viterra Service Centre. You can also unsubscribe at any time by calling the Service Centre. View Viterra’s Collection Notice here.
Where possible, SMS alerts are sent to growers in the event operating hours change, due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes extreme weather conditions such as thunderstorms, high winds and extreme heat.
Strategic Site Committees and their Chairs act as the key communication point between us and growers.
The committees are made up of active grain growers and carriers. They help provide us with local information and advice about the operations of the sites within their region.

Use the Viterra app to access the latest information on grain pricing, site opening hours, segregations and site contact details in a fast and easily accessible format.
The Viterra app also links to the mapping functionality on your phone, to assist with logistics and transportation to Viterra sites.
The app is free and available for both Apple and Android devices via the relevant app store.
Our online feedback tool provides an easy and direct way for growers and carriers to contact us to express concerns, provide feedback, or suggest improvements to our system.
Growers and carriers can also speak to someone directly by calling the Viterra Service Centre on 1800 018 205. Your comments will be entered into our feedback tool by our Service Centre representative to ensure feedback is followed up.
The Ezigrain section of the website is the login area where growers and buyers will find all of their individual information.
Growers can access their deliveries, warehouse and transfer reports. These are all presented in a user-friendly way, to see summary information at a glance, and detailed transaction information.
Ezigrain gives growers the ability to transfer grain from warehouse to a grain buyer, after a contract has been entered into.
Buyers have access to Ezigrain to upload their pricing and see their grain ownership in the Viterra system.
